The Case for Compassion

Comprehending Compassion is a research project – initiated at Arcada UAS in Finland – that gathers theoretical and practical knowledge of compassion, concerning both individuals and organizations.

Storytelling is part of our project. We believe in the power of the personal story – as people often understand and cope with their experiences by framing them as narratives. By collecting and sharing global stories of compassion we hope to learn from each other, connect to our common humanity, and at the same time include the stories in our future research.
